Registration
Registration is free of charge and limited to 200 participants. As this is a fully sponsored event dedicated to promoting scientific exchange, education, and networking opportunities for students, researchers, and professionals across Latin America and beyond, we kindly ask that you register only if you are certain of your availability to attend.
Given the limited number of places available, applicants are expected to commit responsibly to their participation. Participants who fail to attend without providing prior notice at least 72 hours before the event will not be eligible to participate in future editions of ISPMeC and LACMeC.
Who Can Register?
Registration is open to undergraduate students, Master's students, PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, professors, and professionals from academia, industry, government agencies, and related sectors.
Priority will be given to applicants who submit a scientific abstract for presentation at the Congress.
A supporting letter is required for:
-
Undergraduate students (signed by the academic supervisor or course coordinator);
-
Master's and PhD students (signed by the academic supervisor);
-
Postdoctoral researchers (signed by the academic supervisor).
The supporting letter must:
-
Be written in English or Portuguese;
-
Be issued on official institutional letterhead;
-
Include the signature of the appropriate authority;
-
Be submitted as a single PDF file during the registration process.
No supporting documentation is required for professors and professionals.
Pay attention in the Mini-Course
The mini-course Protein Kinase: From Target to Therapy by Stefan Laufer (University of Tübingen, Germany) will be offered on December 7, 2026. The Meet the Expert activity will take place throughout the Conference (December 8–10, 2026), offering participants the opportunity to engage in small-group conversations with event speakers.
Deadline and Confirmation
Registration will remain open until August 31, 2026, or until all available places have been filled, whichever occurs first.
All applications will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. Due to the limited number of places available, acceptance will be based on eligibility criteria, completeness of the required documentation, and the applicant’s scientific profile.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their registration starting in September 2026. Selected participants will receive a confirmation e-mail containing additional information regarding the event, participation requirements, and further instructions.
Call for papers
The 5th ISPMeC and the 1st LACMeC are pleased to invite you to submit abstracts. Submit your abstract and discuss your scientific work with some of the world’s leading experts in Medicinal Chemistry (see program). Registration and abstract submission are free of charge.
Key information
